StudyPark helps students create accounts, search public study-material listings, and use the Android app to preview, save, and download academic documents. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it to run the service.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as your name, email address, university, password credentials, app activity, subscription status, payment references, support messages, and technical data needed to keep the app secure and working.

Public Search Data

Public search results show only minimal document information: title, description, category, year, and university. Document previews, full files, favorites, download history, and premium-only features are handled inside the app.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide document access, process subscriptions, send service updates, improve search quality, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and maintain platform reliability.

Payments

StudyPark may use payment providers such as M-Pesa, card processors, PayPal, or Google Pay. Payment providers process transaction details under their own security and privacy practices. StudyPark stores the records needed to activate and verify subscriptions.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers only when required to operate StudyPark, process payments, host files, deliver emails, provide support, comply with law, or protect the platform.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect StudyPark accounts and service data. No online system is perfect, so users should keep passwords private and contact support if they suspect unauthorized access.

Your Choices

You can update account details in the app, manage notifications, contact support for account help, or request assistance with data access and deletion where applicable.
